It was a steaming day for the D16 locomotive of the Pleasant Point Museum and Railway today. Passengers boarded at the Pleasant Point station for the journey down to the Keanes Crossing facility, then back to the station, having relived a bit of history.
Today’s triathlon involved a 750m swim off Caroline Bay, a 20 km bike ride around the streets of the Timaru CBD, and a 5km run around the bay.
